Embodied Slow Flow

Led by Julie Johnson, M. Ed, TVI, ATS

This 5- week series is appropriate for anyone that wants to explore yoga with a focus on what it’s like to inhabit a human body.  Flows in this class will be slow and purposeful with the option of choosing a pace that serves your own bodies needs. We’ll explore ways we can cultivate a sense of shame-resilience and self-compassion as we move through a hatha sequence that attunes us closer to the unique language of our own Nervous System, noticing what we are noticing, without judgment. Justice pricing, pay what you can between $50-$75 for the full 5 week series.

Julie does her best to make every yoga class as accessible as possible to all people’s bodies and experiences. However, since this is a group class, if you have questions it is best to reach out to her at to see if this class is a fit for your needs.
