Tapping Into Your Greatest Self

It's time to leave your doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs behind so you can tap into your greatest self. No matter what challenges you've faced in the past, or what your current circumstances are, you have the power literally at your fingertips to change your thinking, change your mind, and change your life.
By the time we're adults, most of us have accumulated years of emotional baggage, experienced many difficult events, and taken on mostly subconscious beliefs about who we are and what the world is like.
In fact, most of what we believe about ourselves and the world we learned by the time we were seven years old, and we don't even realize that those beliefs are there, running in the background like a computer program and dictating everything from our health to our relationships with people and money, and so much more. Our subconscious programming runs 90-95% of our lives!! So what can we do to make those beliefs more explicit and even change them so they are more aligned with what we really want for ourselves and from life?
Emotional Freedom Techniques, otherwise known as EFT or Tapping, is a proven and powerful way to safely release subconscious blocks to living life on your own terms. With EFT, you use your fingers to tap on specific acupressure points on your head and body while tuning in to an emotion or physical sensation. It's easy to learn (although it can seem a bit odd at first!). EFT has now undergone numerous studies that prove not only that it is effective but also that it works more quickly than some other more well-known therapies.
EFT Tapping has been used by millions of people around the world to help them shift their beliefs about and their emotional reaction to a wide range of issues. Whether you're never satisfied with your relationships, or can't stop the critical voice in your head, or believe that money is the root of all evil (even while really wishing for more abundance), EFT Tapping can help.

During this bi-weekly, group tapping session you'll learn how to tap, some of the science behind tapping, and each week we'll address several issues of concern to participants.
WILL I GET TO WORK ON MY ISSUES???
One of the most amazing things about tapping in a group is something called "Borrowing Benefits" - it's a phenomenon in which those tapping along with someone else's problem also experience relief from their own problems. (It has to do with mirror neurons and the overall benefits of the tapping!) So even if we don't specifically address your most pressing issue, chances are good that you'll also experience some improvements. Plus, you'll learn valuable information about how to use tapping to address different issues by watching others' tapping experiences.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?
This class is perfect for you if you wish to learn a self-help technique that can be applied effectively to improve almost any aspect of your life and that you can then go use on your own. If you've tried tapping on your own and it seems like it hasn't worked, or if you've tried other therapies or self-help techniques and haven't been excited by the results, working with a certified EFT practitioner is a great way to gain skills to ensure that tapping works for you. Even if you're a skeptic about tapping, you'll never know if it might work if you don't try it yourself!
WHO SHOULD NOT REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS?
This is not a therapy session, nor is it designed to address serious "capital T" traumas. Each of us reacts to events differently, but if you've experienced something in your life that overwhelmed you, left you feeling scared and helpless, and that you can't seem to shake, please find a licensed mental health professional with experience in treating trauma (you might consider finding someone who is also a certified EFT practitioner, as EFT is extremely effective as resolving trauma without any retraumatization.)
