This 4-week course is an introduction to the principles of Self Compassion through the practice of yoga. Classes will include gentle and restorative yoga movement and shapes, guided meditation and invitational reflection to embody and practice the principles of Mindfulness, Self Kindness and Common Humanity.
Suitable for beginners and those with previous experience with yoga and mindfulness.
