Making Friends with Your Emotions with EFT Tapping - For Parents of Challenging Children

If you're getting triggered more than you'd like, feeling a little (or a lot) out of control, and are convinced that your emotions are your enemy, this is the class for you. Learn a powerful self-help tool to help you reset your nervous system, become more present, and be less emotionally reactive with your children so you can enjoy being a parent again. Maybe your child has a difficult diagnosis (like autism, ADHD, anxiety, attachment, or trauma), or maybe you think your child is mean or manipulative. Or perhaps your child is super sensitive or seems to always be upset about something. Whatever's going on in your life, if you're not enjoying being a parent as much as you had hoped or as much as you used to, it's time for a change!
Join me for a weekly 1-hour class where you'll learn how to use EFT or Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to release emotional baggage that's weighing your down, let go of beliefs or programming you may have learned about parenting or yourself that's keeping you stuck, and calm your nervous system so you can move from a stress response to a state of relaxation. Doesn't that sound like a relief?
Most of us have never learned how to feel and release our emotions. Instead, we were taught to stuff them down, ignore them, and even be afraid of them. But there's a way to befriend your emotions so you are not held hostage to them but can simply allow them to move through and out, while getting the benefit of the messages they have for you. Classes are on Thursdays from 12-1 pm through July (there may be a few weeks with no class due to holidays).
No previous experience with EFT Tapping is required.
There's no commitment - simply register for each week you're able to attend, but advance registration is required so we don't spend class time taking care of logistics!
