Neurographia and Mantra Workshop:

Rewiring our Brains and Hearts

Saturday, February 3

2:00 - 3:15PM

Led by Dr. Anu French (she/her)

SOLD OUT!

To be added to the waitlist please email Kelly Caul at kkcaul@yahoo.com

Join Anu French for an afternoon of neurographic art and meditative sound healing to usher in the new year.  Together, we will create simple drawings in a mindful setting of mantra with the intention of rewiring our brains and our hearts.

Anu will begin the offering with meditative chanting and intention setting.

She will then guide a neurographic art project that supports neuroplasticity by redirecting habitual thought patterns and creating new ways of thinking and being.

We will go through the steps of focusing on a challenge, scribbling to release stress, transforming by softening our lines and add color and figures to complete our masterpieces. No prior art experience is required and all supplies are provided.

We know that everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration, including our bodies. Anu will close the afternoon with her sound healing music that blends melodies from the East and the West restoring the harmony of our personal and universal connection.
