Therapy

We welcome you.

Therapy is a journey of returning home to YOU - remembering your wholeness, relearning how to trust yourself, reclaiming your personal power, healing your inner hurts, and creating the life you have been longing for.

Mental Health and Wellness Care

Since the mind and the body are one - they cannot be separated, we believe in the importance of integrative, holistic, somatic approaches to healthcare and healing.

As a collective, we have therapists trained in numerous specialized holistic and body-based treatment modalities and approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

Our approach to therapy is non-judgmental, non-shaming, and non-pathologizing - while focusing on compassion and empowerment.

We use a relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy that supports you to befriend your inner world and deepen your self-understanding.

We also recognize that we cannot separate the individual from the culture within which we live. Context matters.

We understand that social injustices and oppression affect many people, and we practice from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, gender-affirming, anti-racist lens.

We offer therapy to individuals of all identities, and welcome all genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds.

To reach out for support is a sign of strength.

You are not broken and there is nothing about you that needs to be 'fixed' - reaching out for support and beginning therapy is a sign of strength.

It is the beginning of a journey to better understand yourself, be more mindful and aware throughout your days, heal old wounds and past hurts, and reconnect with your most wise and powerful Self.

As a collective of therapists, we believe that you already have within you everything that you need to heal.

From the moment you walk in the door, you will be met with respect, acceptance, and understanding.

This is a space that will honor and accept every part of you exactly as you are - even the parts of you that you harshly judge, are embarrassed by, and believe to be unworthy or unlovable.

Our role is to be your guide as you relearn to reconnect back to your most authentic Self and find ways to embrace all parts of you.

Therapy is a collaborative, co-creative process that supports you in remembering your most authentic truth, accessing your inherent capacity to hear, reclaiming your personal power, and living your most inspired and aligned life.

We are committed to compassionately supporting you as you re/learn to embrace every part of you, safely reconnect to your body, and tap in to your inner wisdom and innate capacity for healing.
