Heart wide open

The winter months brings forth a slower pace of life, shorter days, a greater need for rest, deep introspection, inner wonder and unraveling. At times this season can pull us so far inward that finding openings feels like great effort. This trauma-informed restorative yoga offering is a wonderful compliment to the practice of gently expanding. ‘Heart wide open’ is a 90-minute practice of supported rest in which ones’ body is fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
