Led by Krystle “Kryssi” Crayton-Day (she/her/hers)

Class Description

“Allow your body, soul, and mind to connect for healing to begin.”

This nurturing and therapeutic class invites you to cultivate inner peace and support emotional and mental well-being through the power of mindful meditation and gentle movement.

We will explore various meditation techniques, including breath awareness, body scans, and guided visualizations, to gently quiet the mind and connect with your inner landscape. Complementing these practices, we will incorporate gentle, supported yoga postures to release physical tension and create a comfortable foundation for stillness.

In this trauma-informed space, you are warmly invited to listen deeply to your body and engage in the practices in a way that feels most supportive in each moment. Variations and modifications will always be offered, allowing you to find a sense of ease and presence.

Whether you are new to meditation, seeking respite from a busy mind, or desiring a gentle path to inner calm, this class offers a compassionate environment to foster deep relaxation and mental clarity.

Suitable for all levels, this class provides a sanctuary for quiet reflection and renewal, helping you tap into your innate capacity for inner peace and well-being.
