Finding a therapist as an outsider can be tough! How do you know if they'llreally "get you?" As an outsider myself, I can personally relate to the challenge of finding your people or place in this world. I offer a safe and inclusive space for outsiders to come as they are without fear of judgement, criticism, or prejudice. To meet the diverse needs of outsiders, my style is eclectic and pulls from a variety of holistic evidence-based methods.
