Authenticity

I create a safe and judgement-free space for you to discover and live your truth.

I guide you through identifying your core values so that you can make informed and conscious choices that are in alignment with your truest self.

I support you through deep self-reflection.

I help you develop emotional literacy and body awareness so that you can effectively care for yourself and seek support from others.

Freedom

I teach you how to set boundaries so that you can reclaim your autonomy and show up fully in your life.

I assist you with recognizing insecure attachment strategies that keep you stuck and help you develop skills for self-regulation and secure attachment.

I encourage you to challenge maladaptive beliefs and restrictive perceptionsof the world and yourself.

I lead you through trauma reprocessing so that you can make sense of your experiences and find peace.

Connection

I educate you about trauma, attachment and the nervous system so that you can understand the interconnectedness of mind and body.

I foster closeness with you by showing up in my humanness and welcoming feedback and collaboration.

I facilitate opportunities for you to come into relationship with your unique parts and work to find harmony.

I provide resources for you to integrate your work outside of sessions.
