Subtle Strength
Start the weekend with a focus on subtle strength and stabilization of the physical and emotional bodies. Classes will progress through an arc of breath, group check-ins, journaling, visualization, supported physical engagement, and dialogue. Expect each student will explore the physical practice in different ways, including as completely internalized practices.

Dynamic Movement
Build on your solid foundation with playful and expressive exploration. Students will improvise movements in response to one another, percussion, music, maybe even poetry. A little dance, a little theater, a little asana.
