5 Week Yoga Foundations Series
This 5 week series from March 16th to April 13th will focus on developing and refining familiarity with core asanas to promote a healthy home practice for your personalized practice. Participants will get to workshop asanas with different props, assists, and discussion about foundational intentions of the asana.
